Project Eagle is built on a unique intersection of two highly demanding industries: Gaming and FinTech. Before founding Project Eagle, Soya Nogami built a career in the Gaming Industry, mastering the mechanics of user retention, gamification loops, and player support.
Combined with a rigorous background in FinTech (focusing on risk management, and compliance), this dual-expertise enables the team to design a highly addictive, gamified learning experience that is securely backed by a robust and sustainable AdTech economy.

Built for Global Scale (Technical Scalability) Project Eagle is not a static website; it is a highly scalable Single Page Application (SPA) architected for global expansion and high-frequency user interactions.

  • Frontend & Gamification UI: Developed with modern React and Tailwind CSS, providing a seamless, state-driven gamification experience. The architecture ensures smooth UI updates for real-time visual feedback (e.g., the "Golden Target" reward system).

  • AI Engine Integration: Deeply integrated with the Google Gemini API. This allows for real-time, ultra-low latency grammar evaluation, providing users with instant, human-like feedback on their typing translations.

  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Designed to run on scalable cloud architecture (Firebase / Google Cloud) to securely handle thousands of concurrent high-frequency database operations, managing user progression, complex avatar states, and virtual currency transactions.
